Yes you will be provided with nutrition guidelines to help you fuelling correctly for optimal results.
We can adjust the programmes to help you train around a small injury or specific conditions. However, if we assess and see that you are not physically ready for this programme and need more specific works, we advise you to join our Small Group Personal Training service where you are provided with an individualised programmes, coaching and individualised nutrition plan that are most suitable for your specific circumstance.
P/S: When you re-route to the small group personal training service, you can still train up to 3 classses per week of this Athletic Base Programme whenever you want. So you’re not missing out on anything.
