We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic female to join our team as a Sales Rep + Admin.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests/members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area with stocked supplies.
- Process membership applications, payments, and cancellations accurately.
- Assist members with class registration, personal training sessions, and appointments.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote membership packages and additional services.
- Stay updated on fitness industry trends, products, and services.
Requirements:
- Female with a professional appearance.
- Proficient in both communicative English and Vietnamese.
- Passion for fitness and active lifestyle.
- Proven sales experience in the any industry (fitness is a plus).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
